Supervision for Lmft-associates and LPC-associates
Dr. Laurie A. Hightower is a AAMFT Approved Supervisor and holds credentials as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor and as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. She provides clinical supervision services for both LMFT-Associates and LPC-Associates.
Supervision for the Registered Play Therapist Credential
In addition to supervision for the LMFT-Associate and LPC-Associate Licencees, Dr. Hightower is certified as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S). She provides supervision for licensed and Associate licensed clinicians who wish to pursue the credential of Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S).
Supervision for students
Dr. Hightower provides supervision, on a limited basis, to students who are enrolled in practicum/internship courses and in need of a regional supervisor to oversee their clinical work. This typically applies to students of online universities or sites that do not offer the appropriate level of licensed supervision. This supervision is offered to students, who are unlicensed, at a reduced rate.
