Individual Therapy
There are many reasons people seek help in individual therapy. Sometimes people need help making decisions, about an opportunities, relationships, or any pressing issues. Sometimes others are contending with more significant difficulties; they may be struggling, in pain, confused, or just not feeling like themselves. I work with individuals to create a more objective view of their issues and concerns so they may gain strength and clarity to gain control and work through them.
